Our church is every bit our family in Utah. They stood with us, prayed with us, and cried with us during this long road to adoption. They were strong for us and believed in hope even when I couldn't. And now they stand with us with joy and open arms as we welcome Sasha home and pledge to support and encourage us as we raise our children in Truth.
I think back on all of those "waiting in hope" verses I memorized during the long months of paper-pregnancy. They grew and are growing fruit in my heart and I am grateful for the person I'm becoming because of our adoption adventure.
Welcome home, Alexandra Grace.Relax, everything's going to be all right;
rest, everything's coming together;
open your hearts, love is on the way!Jude 2

Super picture. How cool to have her up there on the big screen too!! Sasha makes her TV debut!
What a fabulous journey you all have begun. Sasha is extra special and will NEVER be able to question how much she is loved. We all are blessed by your faith and feel joy to witness how God is working in your lives. Love, Gramma and Poppop
Congrats! What a wonderful day to have the dedication - Mother's Day!
yay!! happy momma's day to you!! and btw, LOVE the dino boots, hahahahaha
I still remember Leeza's baptism at our church vividly. Our minister took her from me and walked her up and down the aisle, while the congregation sang "Jesus Loves me" and I had tears streaming down my cheeks. I know exactly how you felt. My friends said they totally "lost it" when they saw me crying-and the minister told me later "there is nothing more beautiful than a mother's happy tears"
AMEN!
