That's right, my independent and insanely talented two-year-old daughter has learned to peel and eat her own clementines!

We limit her to three per day... which is necessary only because of the mess and the quantity of peels fed to the dog, not the quantity of citrus consumed by the child. The joy of the pursuit of the orange usually overshadows the actual eating of the orange.

And what do I hear if (insanely) attempt to assist in the peeling? "No, no, Mama, I do it, I do it." It's a mantra in the Morningstar house these days.
