Goodbye to Gramma

This is the only race worth running.
I've run hard right to the finish, believed all the way.
All that's left now is the shouting—God's applause!

With mingled sadness and great joy we announce the homecoming of Sharon Carle Morningstar.  Sharon drifted from this world in the early morning of December 31, 2011.

She is missed.

She is loved.

And now we rejoice that after a race run well and a life lived full she is basking in God's applause.

We appreciate your prayers and will post more information about arrangements as those details are decided.

No man ever saw God and lived. And yet, I shall not live till I see God;
and when I have seen him, I shall never die.
John Donne

I am very sorry for your loss. One less Morningstar to light the world, yet I am sure she shines brightly in her heavenly home.

Spike,sandy,Susan,Steve, and family,
We were saddened to learn of Sharon's death and consider it a blessing to have known her. She was a strong example of faith and life. May the bells of eternal life ring out as she arrives into God's presence in a new and full way. Peace be with all of you.

Dear Morningstar family,
You are such an incredible family; I was given the gift of your presence yesterday. Sharon was surrounded in love that mirrored the love she gave to all of you, all of her life. May God's love and peace be with you as you shed your tears, and may God's blessings be with you as you continue to celebrate Sharon's life.
With love,
Kim MacLean-Blevins

You're all in my heart and prayers. What a wonderful Homecoming for Sharon as she could run, whole and joyfully, into God's waiting arms.

Blessings to you and your family and friends and you hold each other and grieve, even with the joy of her going home.

Sad to hear about your loss. It's always difficult to lose the ones we love the most. May the memories be of comfort during your toughest moments of grief.
