Today we joined the proud and happy ranks of homeowners all over the U.S. reaping the benefits of insanely low interest rates. We (re)purchased our home at an astounding 4.125% rate, adding $50 per month and subtracting 7 years from the life of the loan. I'll take that trade any day!All of the fun of closing with none of the unpacking :)
